5. Quotations, Orders & Payment

Submitting an inquiry or quotation request through this website does not create a binding purchase agreement. A contract is formed only upon:

• • Your written acceptance (email or signed purchase order).
• • Receipt of any applicable deposit or payment as specified in the quotation.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated, exclusive of GST and any applicable delivery, installation, or registration charges.

6. Rental & Lease Terms

Long-term equipment rental and full-maintenance lease arrangements are governed by a separate Master Rental Agreement and associated Schedule(s). Key principles include:

• • Monthly rental rates are fixed for the agreed term (12–60 months) and inclusive of scheduled preventive maintenance.
• • The renter is responsible for operator negligence, misuse, unauthorized modification, or loss of the equipment.
• • Damages from accidents, overloading, or non-scheduled repairs will be billed separately per the Master Agreement.
• • Rental equipment remains the property of JAC Equipment Pte. Ltd. at all times.

7. Dealer & Channel Partner Terms

Submission of a dealership application via dealer-enquiry.html does not automatically grant authorized dealer status. Approval is subject to:

• • Commercial evaluation of your corporate entity, workshop capability, and market coverage.
• • Execution of a formal Authorized Dealer Agreement with territory, pricing, and performance terms.
• • Compliance with JAC branding guidelines, technician certification, and genuine parts usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, JAC Equipment Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• • Temporary website unavailability, downtime, or interrupted transmission.
• • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content, third-party links, or AI-generated responses.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the website shall not exceed SGD 100. Product warranty obligations are governed exclusively by the separate written warranty terms issued with your purchase or rental agreement.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms
